Nike Air Penny V "Volt"

The Air Penny V is a sneaker that Nike doesn't mess around with on colorways. The latest to hit shelves in the near future is the Volt/Black/White rendition. If you are a sneaker fan of the '90s, then this shoe is a must-cop.

No official release date, but hopefully they drop sooner than later.

Air Jordan VIII Retro - Black/Bright Citrus/Deep Royal

Another colorway of the Air Jordan VII has been released, and this time with a little added flavor. In my opinion the bight citrus that fills the lining of the shoe was a good look. Let us know what you think of the new colorway and if you'll be hitting up your shoe connect for this one.

Dropping May 18th at reatailers nationwide.

Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy"

In case you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, the hype surrounding the Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" is on another level. With the release only a few days away (February 25), you can definitely expect to see some mayham and possible news coverage over these Nikes. Retail price is $220, but I'm sure some people are going to drop a lot more than that to get a pair. I've already heard that a sneakerhead in New York is attempting to swap his car for a size 10.5.
They are a beauty. And if you haven't already done so, you better line up your connect now!

Demeanor at Sneaker Pimps DC

The international Sneaker Pimps event took place this past weekend in Washington D.C. And I have to say that this was the dopest Sneaker Pimps I’ve been to in recent memory. The whole place was swarming with people walking around with duffel bags full of exclusive sneakers that most people haven’t heard of and probably couldn’t afford, everyone was looking to make trades or find the one pair of elusive sneakers that would make their collection complete.
Sneaker Pimps took a minute out to recognize our brand to which we’re very grateful! Our section was a constant traffic stopper and we managed to make a lot of great connections at this event.
If someone happened to walk into this place by mistake, they would've sworn there were a million drug deals going on... and they would have been partially correct, this event is specifically for exclusive sneaker addicts and their drugs are... well you get the point!
We always get a lot of questions about our brand, how did we start, how long have we been in business, what’s Diamond Dave all about, what’s next for you guys?

I’m pretty sure I do a terrible job of answering all of these questions in person, so if anyone wants to know you can learn about how my partners and I started and Demeanor and what the brands about click here. It’s hard to believe but we’ve only been in business for 1 year and if you don’t believe me check here. Diamond Dave and our Rich Kids Collection is really about believing anything can be achieved you can read the details here. And as far as what’s next for our brand, click here to find out!
Did I mention our clothes were selling like hotcakes!
We really do appreciate all the love and support that we always get and the amazing thing is it's usually from complete strangers. The new fans that we meet are always inquisitive about the thought behind their favorite designs and through conversation they usually give us a new way to think about things.
The top sellers remain the Diamond Dave products and the DMV Slang tees.
The newest MMG member, Stalley arrived and performed a dope set. There was pretty cool artwork throughout the building.
And ofcourse Bun-B closed the show going through endless classics!

Vans OTW Spring 2011 Alomar

The Alomar takes styling cues from the classic Vans Chukka Boot and infuses those subtleties with the fashionable aspects of a modern, slimmed down high top to push the boundaries between skate and fashion. Constructed with premium materials, the Alomar features leather binding, metal eyelets and a tonal embossed tongue as well as a full-length EVA midsole for comfort. Vans OTW give us a look into three new colorways, set to release this Spring through select OTW accounts.

Nike Air Foamposite One

The Nike Air Foamposite One will finally make its return this Spring as Nike introduces a retro version of the Penny Hardaway design, which originally dropped in 1997. The royal blue color way and gum bottom is a welcomed reminder of why these Fomposites have become such classic sneakers. They are schedule to release February 12th at Nice Kicks as well as other retailers (which might mess up some Valentine’s Day money for some - sorry ladies). Unfortunately the cost $20 more than the originals clocking in at a cool $200.

Nike Blazer Foamposite Ink

I guess the big wigs over at Nike are living by the "if it aint broke don't fix it" motto as they use the eggplant-metallic Flightposite color scheme on the Blazers this time around. The sneaker features a black suede outlay (thus, ink) around the majority metallic upper. Available at Nice Kicks for $78.

Vans Vault Spectator LX "Incense"

I love khakis and cargo pants and these sneakers done up like semi-dress shoes would go great with either. The good folks over at Vans are geniuses when it comes to dressing shoes up, these particular Vault Spectator LXs, that combine a spectator pattern with buck colors and broguing, bring it all together as well as any. You can grab a pair now from Bows & Arrows.

Air Max '95 (Grey/Black/Purple)

The Air Max 95 will be a featured shoe in Nike's Spring 2011 catalog which is good news. However these seem way too dark without enough bright accents but if you like these you can grab them now at Nice Kicks.

Ransom by adidas Originals Valley Hi

When it comes to footwear i'm a huge fan of monochromatic uppers and vibrant colored soles and accents which this shoe does perfectly. Ransom by adidas Originals introduce two new versions of the brand’s Valley Hi this season which you can check out here.

Supra Skytop II (Air Max 95)

Besides the fact that this shoe goes great with the "Eat My Words" tee, i'm a sucker for the Air Max 95 in any color way, so of course I would love the Supra Skytop version of my favorite shoe! While I kind of wish the front of the sole would've been colored neon green, I still dig their interpretation of the shoe as well as the way they handled the gradients from top to bottom. I can't wait to see rest of the Spring/Summer 2011 collection which will be released in the coming weeks.
