Mr. Carter is a very busy man. Beyond his rap career, he’s the creator of the Rocawear fashion line, part-owner of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team, a founder of Roc-A-Fella Records, founder of Roc Nation, and now director of Brooklyn’s Barclays Center where he will be opening his popular 40/40 nightclub. Yes sir, that’s right, a club attached to the basketball arena.

Now you’ll be able to go enjoy the game, and won’t even have to leave to hit the club-the party will be at your fingertips! Genius. Now, there’s a man who’s thought of everything.

Some of you may have your different opinions on having a nightclub and basketball arena share the same building, but you have to admit, the man knows how to make money. And I’m predicting that a lot more of it will be made with this new business venture. No specific date on when this will all be happening, but I’m sure the rapper isn’t going to waste any time.

Travel: Baros Maldives Resort – North Male Atoll, Maldives

Every time I see one of these private island resorts it makes me want to go, but it also looks pretty scary to me. The island is so small it looks like a wave could just come through and knock it over.  It's definitely only a place I would go with my significant other/girl or wife and just lay up all day, enjoy the scene and do some water sports. By the time we return back to the states I'm sure I would have one in the oven lol.

PICS: 2013 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT

Mercedes-Benz is on a car making spree. Official news surfaced earlier this week about the release of the European exclusive Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG 2.0 Turbo, but the luxury car company didn’t forget about the American set and has revealed the 2013 SLS AMG GT.

The most outstanding feature at first look is the new SLS’s gullwing doors, but under the hood the upgraded model is laced with a 583 HP V8 engine good for getting the car up to 60 MPH in just 3.6 seconds. Top speed for the SLS is 197 MPH and is further enhanced by a fresh adaptive performance suspension.

The 2013 SLS AMG GT is fitted with 19 inch alloy spoke wheels with 20 inch tires on the rear for a sportier look. The interior is stitched with a diamond quilt leather with contrast stitching on the door panels. Optional features include carbon fiber touches all around. The new Mercedes-Benz ride is scheduled for release this November
