The other thing is R.L. Stein's Goosebumps which I actually caught an episode of last night. No one can fake like Goosebumps wasn't the illest book series ever written (and later converted to a pretty cool TV show). When we were younger the stories were actually kind of scary, and the book covers were the dopest thing around, it got to the point that I would collect these books just for the covers.
So anyway Happy Holloween, be safe, and get a few cavities!

This t-shirt serves as the first time that we used our DM logo as the primary design on any of our shirts. Our DM logo has been present on every product that we've ever produced, usually on the right sleeve or the back of the neck of all shirts but this time we decided to shine a little light on one of the most important and recognizable parts of our brand, the logo!
While the front of the tee is a simple yet strong statement, the design on the back is far more intricate and pulls inspiration from the very first shirt that we ever made Love, Lives, in Luxury.
We used the classic Love, Lives, in Luxury silhouette while adding a bit of our world domination goals to it by including the locations that Demeanor will have a presence in much sooner than later. However the whole design was brought together by using an upside down pyramid to add some dimension.
Perhaps its the olive color shirt with the fire red lettering but these shirts are selling faster than usual so be sure to pick up yours now, guys and girls shirts can be found here. Also you know we don't reprint so once they're gone, they're gone!by @DM_TattooJu

In November we will be dropping our second mixtape, Superior Luxury: Volume 2. However, we are currently looking for some dope artists and new music to put the finishing touches on this project, if you or someone you know would like to be a part of this project please email their information and a link to their music and videos to demeanr1@gmail.com.

PATisDOPE continued his super dope "one on one" series of interviews, by having a sit down with Dom Kennedy before he hopped on stage. And you can see Pat was repping for Demeanor as he always does in our Miss.Demeanor Tee!

This has been a pretty crazy month for me. Earlier this month I was involved in a car accident (not my fault), and since then i've been having crazy neck/back pains as well as migranes, been on all sorts of meds that hurt my stomach, make me delusional, and have me thursty as fuck... all the while i've been grinding and continuing to build this brand.
Throughout this whole month i've been dealing with a bunch of frustrating people and situations but somehow watching this video made me feel a little better!

I'm really glad to have a chance to provide you with some new tunes while also sharing thoughts and hopefully starting some discussion on what's coming out of the industry these days. So enough with all the introductory stuff, let's get to the music!! Because of the wait (and we do apologize) we decided to give you guys a few updates. It seems like Drake's new song feat. Nicki Minaj - Make Me Proud will actually give Drake the one thing that he didn't have on his first album, and thats a bonafide hit. I have no doubts this song will hit #1 sometime in the very near future.
Next up is Miguel's - Girl Like You. This dude is actually an amazing artist, he came out the blue with one of the dopest R&B albums in the last few years, and he's still dropping hits from an album that dropped last year.
... And whoever directs his videos has an amazing eye for talent!
While I can't say that i'm 100% sold on Mac Miller yet, the dude is building a pretty nice track record, dropping some dope songs and dope videos. So do yourself a favor and give this a listen here.

The international Sneaker Pimps event took place this past weekend in Washington D.C. And I have to say that this was the dopest Sneaker Pimps I’ve been to in recent memory. The whole place was swarming with people walking around with duffel bags full of exclusive sneakers that most people haven’t heard of and probably couldn’t afford, everyone was looking to make trades or find the one pair of elusive sneakers that would make their collection complete.
Sneaker Pimps took a minute out to recognize our brand to which we’re very grateful! Our section was a constant traffic stopper and we managed to make a lot of great connections at this event.
If someone happened to walk into this place by mistake, they would've sworn there were a million drug deals going on... and they would have been partially correct, this event is specifically for exclusive sneaker addicts and their drugs are... well you get the point!
We always get a lot of questions about our brand, how did we start, how long have we been in business, what’s Diamond Dave all about, what’s next for you guys?
Did I mention our clothes were selling like hotcakes!
We really do appreciate all the love and support that we always get and the amazing thing is it's usually from complete strangers. The new fans that we meet are always inquisitive about the thought behind their favorite designs and through conversation they usually give us a new way to think about things.
The top sellers remain the Diamond Dave products and the DMV Slang tees.
The newest MMG member, Stalley arrived and performed a dope set.
There was pretty cool artwork throughout the building.
And ofcourse Bun-B closed the show going through endless classics! When my partners and I decided to create Demeanor we looked to the sleek and clean design of Mac products as a blueprint to craft our own products. Our goal has always been to keep things simple and fresh while getting our message across, in the same way that Apple has always done with their minimalist designs, so it was a big shock last night to learn that the visionary and creator of Apple Steve Jobs had passed away after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
President Obama had this to say about Jobs' passing (more via NYObserver):“By building one of the planet’s most successful companies from his garage, he exemplified the spirit of American ingenuity. By making computers personal and putting the internet in our pockets, he made the information revolution not only accessible, but intuitive and fun. And by turning his talents to storytelling, he has brought joy to millions of children and grownups alike. Steve was fond of saying that he lived every day like it was his last. Because he did, he transformed our lives, redefined entire industries, and achieved one of the rarest feats in human history: he changed the way each of us sees the world. The world has lost a visionary. And there may be no greater tribute to Steve’s success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented.”
-New York Times’ classy Steve Jobs obituary, a fascinating account of how Jobs built three different companies, but always felt like an outsider and something of a hippie. Read it here.
The world will not be the same without him.
