Demeanr Spotlight: Producer Major Mayo

Major Mayo is an emerging producer/rapper. He recently released his first solo project entitled "LTD: Limited Edition” which revolves around the mantras “Time Is The Only Luxury” and “The Great Don’t Wait”. The purpose of the album is to inspire and motivate others to take advantage of the limited time we have in life, and to aggressively pursue ambitions. Mayo is also an entrepreneur, and has begun to establish his company, Major Independent, as a multimedia hip-hop resource. The LTD project, released in conjunction with a collection of apparel, showcases various aspects of his skill set including graphic design, marketing and branding.

Major Independent is also the company behind the early success of Washington DC recording artist Shy Glizzy; Major Mayo's production is featured on many of Glizzy's records, including "Pilot" featuring Trinidad James

Google Launches Restaurant Menu In Search Feature

Google's new feature takes users straight to a restaurant’s menu, which is presented under different headings such as appetizers, entrees, and desserts at the top of the search page. Prices are also listed. However, users must be specific when making the request and type the words “show me the menu for” before adding the desired restaurant. Google’s menu search option is only available in the US for now. The latest feature builds on the search giant’s partnership with Zagat, which provides restaurant reviews, ratings and mapping services in search results.

New Car Alert: 2015 BMW Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe

Niceeeeee.

Tuner specialist Alpina premieres its latest BMW creation with the B6 xDrive Gran Coupe. Rivaling the M6 Gran Coupe, the B6 performs with 20 fewer horses, but delivers 540 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission, whereas its counterpart channels 500 lb-ft to just its rear wheels with a seven-speed dual-clutch. Thanks to this upgrade, Alpina’s version zips to 60 mph in a scant 3.7 seconds and tops out at 198 mph – .4 seconds faster and 50 mph more than the M6. The Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe will go on sale shortly after its official unveiling at the New York Auto Show with a price tag just shy of $120,000 USD.
