As Street League continues to push skateboarding into the lime light, the dream of living the ‘champion’ skater life is legitimized. Nixon and Street League seem to be doing their best Rolex-Australian Open impression with a look behind their Super Crown Championship Watch. The piece was specifically designed over the course of 6 months, crucially detailed with subtle references to the course itself. Made to be a ‘trophy on the wrist,’ the handmade watch features hand-placed diamonds around the face, with Street League branding adorning the solid bezel. The new watch features a custom, Nixon-designed Swiss quartz analog worldtime movement with a unique bezel control system that allows easy and quick adjustments to the second time zone. Measuring a burly 49mm across, the custom stainless steel case boasts a hardened mineral crystal, screw-down caseback and a screw-down crown.
