Launching as the answer to the Mercedes-Benz CLA compact sedan, the 2015 Audi A3 sedan boasts many — if not more — of the performance features and pleasant characteristics found in its hatchback variant, but this time in an updated four-door body style. With the success of the turbo-diesel in previous A3 models, Audi will again offer its TDI engine amongst the selection: A turbocharged 1.8-liter engine capable of 170 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque, a 2.0-liter AWD configuration that puts down 200 hp, and finally a 2.0-liter TFSI version that sits near the 300 hp range, made especially for the S3 edition — all fixed with dual-clutch transmissions. Inside you will find such luxuries such as a Bang & Olufsen audio system, 7-inch navigation display, LED lighting and 4G LTE connectivity. Pricing will be made available closer to the 2015 Audi A3 Sedan’s slated release date of early 2014.
