For today's flashback Friday I'm taking us back to 1996 with Chicago's rap group Crucial Conflict hit single "Hay." I remember when this song came out I was only 10 years old and I would blast it when it came on BET, MTV or The Box (for those of your who remember The Box). My Mom would always say "turn that mess down" and I would for a few seconds lol.
