The Man behind it all!!! Artist Doug Aitken..... Had the Bright Idea to take an Regular Old Art Museum and turn it into Liquid Art by making it an one of kind 360 degree PROJECTOR.
This "Liquid Architecture" exhibit is being Honored at The Hirshhorn Museum, which is right beside our National Mall here in DC. This Art Museum is also apart of our Smithsonian Institution which I'm sure most people don't even know! Anyways during the next few months this Liquid Architecture will be on display on the exterior of this Building ....
Aitken's whole Big Idea to this was basically to use the building itself in making it Vanish, disappear in cinematic space and for the film to work with the architecture of the Building!! By constantly evolving and rotating, the exhibit cannot be viewed from just One Stationary point..... Which forces all visitors to circumnavigate around the building. His over all goal is to get people to look at the building as a Cinema Screen that is Releasing a Kind of Musical Element.
