Art is sometimes hard to grasp. For instance - I never understood how artist close their eyes, scribble on a canvas for a few hours, then sell the final product for thousands of dollars.
This is the best trailer so far as it not only reveals more of the cast but also a more indepth look at the plot and the growing conflict between a young Xavier and Magneto. This makes me want to dig up all of my old X-Men comics!

The Mortal Kombat: Legacy web series gets doper with every episode. Johnny Cage was hands down my favorite character in the game (I didn't even finish watching the second movie after they killed my man off) so to see episode 3 focus on his origins his awesome, you can catch the first two Sonya and Jax episodes here and here!

As we mentioned earlier the 4ALL Art + Fashion Show takes place this Saturday at Cafe Asia. Demeanor as well as a few other brands will be featured in the show. This week we've been in super grind mode preparing for the show as well as our 'Friday Night Lights' party on the 29th.

Our homegirls Mila and Fire, you might remember them from the cameo they made in our S/S video will be featuring some of their outstanding vintage pieces in the show!
Toine who i've known for years will be featuring her amazing handmade swimsuits in the show.
The place was packed with models getting fitted and trying different looks!
Compared to what the women had to go through for fitting, i'd say Demeanor had it relatively easy, we were just throwing shirts back and forth the whole time until we got the right look for our guy and girl models.
Laurence was trying to make sense of my scribbles, i'm pretty sure he erased any and everything I wrote in his notebook as soon as I walked away.
Our looks finally came together toward the end. We're really excited about this show, so make sure you come out this Saturday to support and have a great time.

On Saturday we had a chance to catch up with our homie Brian, of The Gallant which is one of our favorite online magazines for all things fashion, art, tech, and entertainment.
We actually sat down to do an interview about Demeanor but I think we spent more time asking him questions about his super cool and small HD camcorder than we did answering questions. His camcorder was super clear and actually smaller than my phone.
After our interview we had a chance to pick Brian's brain about his motivation, goals, and future collaborations... You can also expect to see something pretty cool coming from Demeanor and The Gallant in the near future.

Even after his tragic death over a decade ago, the late, great Christopher Wallace continues to impact the lives of many. Known by numerous names such as Notorious B.I.G., Biggie Smalls, Rap Alfred Hitchcock, and The Black Frank White; Biggie is still considered as the best to ever do it in Hip Hop.
We had a chance to kick it with our big homie Josh Howard of the Washington Wizards this weekend. Besides the fact that we look forward to seeing him 100% healthy next year, crashing the boards on fools, and helping the Wizards get back to the playoffs, he's just an all around good dude who's been supporting DM since day one!

The Rich Keep Getting Richer! The Oprah Winfrey Show will be charging $1 million for 30-second commercials during the show's May 25 finale. To me, a million bucks for a 30-second commercial spot is crazy, but the $1 million asking price was short of being the highest in history. 
I actually think the initial remake back 2001 was pretty good however I'm glad to see in that this film has gone away from space/time/dimension travel (because that gets confusing) and re-interprets the original ideas of ape intelligence while bringing everything closer to home. An origin story in the true sense of the word, Rise of the Planet of the Apes is set in present day San Francisco. The film is a reality-based cautionary tale -- a science fiction/science-fact blend where mankind's hubris leads to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy. Oscar(R)-winning visual effects house WETA Digital - employing certain of the groundbreaking technologies developed for "Avatar" - will render, for the first time ever in the film series, photo-realistic apes rather than costumed actors.

The Weekend is a 20 year old singer from Canada, he just dropped this incredibly dope album which is in the same vein as Drake's So Far Gone and Frank Oceans Ultra, Nostalgic but it still maintains its very own identity. The Weekend is a bit of a mystery himself but with ties to Drakes OVO it’s hard to believe that he won’t be a mega star within a year!
