Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy"

In case you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, the hype surrounding the Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" is on another level. With the release only a few days away (February 25), you can definitely expect to see some mayham and possible news coverage over these Nikes. Retail price is $220, but I'm sure some people are going to drop a lot more than that to get a pair. I've already heard that a sneakerhead in New York is attempting to swap his car for a size 10.5.

Our first batch of '12 stickers has just arrived! 'Ms. Demeanor' is a solid design that represents all of the things that we love here a Demeanor (beautiful women, huge diamonds, and just the overall feel of luxury). J. Cole - Grew Up Fast

Life has seriously taken a fast course for NC native, J. Cole, in the past year. After reaching two million Twitter followers, J. Cole acknowledged all of the support by dropping a new track for his fans entitled, "Grew Up Fast". The track offers a soulful sound as Cole goes in over a sample of David Ruffin's 1969 classic "Double Cross". Dope track!

Meek Mill Is MTVs #7 Hottest MC In The Game

And number seven goes to — MMG’s Meek Mill. To me it's no surprise that Meek Mill made the 2011 hottest MC list. Say what you want, but Meek hasn't even dropped an album but still managed to debut a rather impressive year. The question now being, is number seven the right spot? Maybe, maybe not, but again, I do feel that he belongs on the list this year and deserves the recognition. What you think?

The Jeremy Lin Saga Continues

Another chapter in the legend of Jeremy Lin was written on Tuesday night, as the undrafted guard out of Harvard delivered the most dramatic finish in his most improbable run. Last night Lin was in full celebration after his game winning 3-pointer in the final seconds of a road game against the Toronto Raptors. After trailing the Raptors by as many as 17 points, Lin and the Knicks found a way to finish the close game for a 90-87 victory.

Wale Named MTV’s #10 Hottest MC of 2011

When I watch this clip, it automatically reminds me of the debates and conversations my friends and I have on almost a routine basis. No lie, Sway could have had us at the round table for this debate. But on another note, a big shoutout goes to the MMG rapper Wale for taking the number 10 spot, as MTV kicked off their always-controversial Hottest MCs list; and beating out Roc Nation's artist J. Cole. Definitely a tough decision for a lot of people. Any thoughts?

Just when I thought it was safe to give "Watch the Throne" a break, Jay and Kanye debut their much-anticipated video to the monster hit, “N****s In Paris”! I think considering all the hype and energy this song brings, it was only right to record actual performance footage for the visual. But regardless, "Watch the Throne" is back in my rotation, and this video is sure to get a lot of hits.

YMCMB bosses Birdman and Slim decided to give Wayne and Mack Maine a few special gifts after a great year for the label, a brand new 2012 Bentleys and a new Rolls Royce Phantom for Mack Maine. The #1 Stunna also treated himself to a new 2012 Bentleys. The highlight of this video is watching Mack Maine's reaction to the gift as his excitement carried the whole video.

Don Trip - Allen Iverson

I always appreciate it when rappers find ways to recognize great athletes in their lyrics and songs. To me it makes perfect sense, for the simple fact that Hip-Hop is considered a "sport" by many; and its' rappers are the athletes. The struggles, hard work, and dedication are very similar but take place in different arenas.

Yesterday on Sway's Sirius XM's "Sway in the Morning" show, Don Trip released this brand new single, called “Allen Iverson”. The track was produced by the legendary Cool & Dre, and will appear on Don Trip’s forthcoming Gangsta Grillz mixtape with DJ Drama called ”Guerrilla”, dropping this coming NBA All-Star Weekend.
