Miss.Demeanor Tees

Demeanor has been experiencing a positive problem for the past few months, as we’ve increased our participation in events (such as parties, concerts, and art shows); we’ve been selling out of products quicker than we’ve had the opportunity to post them to our online shop! So unless you were able to attend one of our summer events you didn’t have the opportunity to pick up our Live for Tomorrow or Beauty Never Fades Tank tops, or our DMOR snapback hats and a bunch of other releases. With all of our future releases we’ll make sure that we reserve a portion for our online fans to purchase!

Our first Fall 2011 release is actually in response to our DMOR v-necks from last year around this same time, we know that Fall colors are usually a little more subdued and everything begins to transition to earth-tones but we wanted to keep the summer vibe alive just a little while longer with our Miss.Demeanor tees.
This year our goal as a company is to really claim our territory by producing more Demeanor-centric products as you can see by our new Miss.Demeanor design. The above female's turquoise tee can be found here and the men's lemon tee can be found here.

Nino Brown Takeover

I didn't end up going to sleep until like 3am because New Jack City was on repeat all night. Now by no means am I suggesting anyone start selling crack/meth or anything of that nature, and I especially don't want anyone to attempt to take over an entire complex to hustle out of, i'm sure that's still frowned upon but you've got admit that Nino Brown's rise to power was inspiring! The Cash Money Brothers (CMB) took over the city in one fell swoop, by removing all competition, securing prime real estate, and cornering the market.

The scene above really had me thinking how having a successful business is all about being new, having a new product or presenting something old in a new way. We spend a lot of time trying to make sure that Demeanor is blazing it's own path and not just following trends and we hope that shows in the products that we put out, hopefully we'll be having our own takeover very soon. Anyway, back to the whole drug dealing thing don't get any ideas people, because this happened later in the movie!

The Intro

My friend hipped me to J. Cole's Intro off his new album Cole World: The Sideline Story last night because she said it reminded her of me, I guess ambitious!

J. Cole's intro's have always been inspirational to me, I honestly listen to the Warm Up intro every single morning, I can really relate to being hungry and wanting success soo bad to the point that its frustrating! With Cole's first album dropping soon it seems like he'll finally have a shot at the success that he's been working for, and with our new collection 'Last Stand' starting to roll out this weeking I hope it's the same for us!

Back to the Future is REAL

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a HUGE fan of Back to the Future trilogy, hell I even like the 3rd one. Anyway for the last few weeks I have been hearing whispers of Nike actually producing the Marty McFly auto-lace shoe from BTTF2 and with a recent post from Bobby Hundreds detailing the secretive unveiling of the shoe it seems confirmed. Lets keep our fingers crossed and then hopefully we'll get those hoverboards sometime before we're grandparents!!!

MMG has a team full of hungry, young cats, with something to prove, how can they lose?! And just to see Ross out in the city of Philly mobbin with everyone else is kind of cool too. *Sidebar me and my homie argue allday about Meek vs. Wale, I can relate more to Meek's style I guess, you can just hear the hunger in his voice, while Wale did his thing on Self Made, Meek really stood out!
